All apartments are freshly painted, cleaned, and go through a thorough maintenance inspection before each move in.

No, however pets should be put in a safe place.

No, however Maintenance is on-call for after-hours emergencies.

Maintenance tickets can be placed online or via phone.

During office hours residents can contact the leasing office, after hours residents can reach out to any local locksmith to get access to their apartment.

Maintenance is on-call for emergencies and can be reached by calling the office at 901-401-4014.

Amenities

Yes parking is available in the parking garage for just $75/month.

Salt-water pool, 24-hour fitness center, 2 dog parks, a courtyard with gas grills and dining tables, a clubroom with a meeting room table, TVs, and a pool table.

Washer and dryer, stainless steel built-in microwave oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher.

10am-9am pool, 9am-10pm clubroom, fitness center 24 hours

Yes parking is available in the parking garage for just $75/month or $150/month for a reserved space.

Admin

Online or in-person, debit, credit, check, or cashier's check allowed.

Yes, minimum $100,000 liability required.

Driver's license or government issued ID, proof of income documents.

Electricity is set up by the resident with MLGW, water is setup by the property and paid by the resident with rent.  Water is based on usage.

The $200 admin fee is refunded, the $75 application fee is not.

Applications can be completed online or in person in the leasing office.

Directions

From I-40 take Exit 1A for Danny Thomas Blvd./US-51 South.  Continue south on Danny Thomas for 0.6 mi, keep left. Turn left at the intersection for Monroe Ave. for 0.2 mi.  The Rise will be on your right.
